SHIPMENT

 

Orders are sent by DHL courier or processed by InPost parcel lockers, usually within 1-3 business days of receiving the payment. The delivery time, from the moment of shipment, should not exceed 2 business days in Poland and 5 business days in the European Union. The date of dispatch of personalized products is set individually via e-mail.

RETURNS

 

The right to return the goods is due within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason. The store has the right to refuse to accept the return if the return was made after the specified deadline or if the goods have traces of wear or were returned without a set of tags and documents attached to the shipment.
The funds will be refunded within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the store. The refund will be made with the same payment method that was chosen when placing the order. In the case of orders sent on delivery, the refund will be made to the bank account specified in the return form
The cost of return shipment is covered by the Buyer.
